Tasting notes :

Eye : straw yellow and reflections of old gold.

Nose : fruity and floral with hints of honey.

Palate : supple and well-balanced. 

Finish : fresh.

Ideal  for an aperitif, served with strong cheeses (Roquefort, vieux Comté).

Grape varieties : Ugni blanc, Colombard and Montils.

Ageing : 5 years old in French oak barrels.
