Tasting notes :

Colour : light amber with golden highlights.

Nose : complex, with elegant woody notes, hints of cinnamon, candied fruit, dried apricot and orange zest.

Palate : supple and balanced.

Finish : offers a lovely length, carried by sweet spices, dried fruit and a delicate rancio.

Ageing : 33 years old minimum in French oak cask.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Cru : Fins Bois.

Serve as an after-dinner French spirit or with a red fruit dessert.
