Audry XO is a blend of equal parts of Grande and Petite Champagne, also called Fine Champagne.
Tasting notes :
Eye : Flamed amber.
On the nose : First scents of black pepper, vanilla then floral and spicy touches. Old leather and hint of citrus. The nose is hazelnut, toast, anise, white flowers then mint.
On the palate : Silky and voluptuous entry in the mouth, bittersweet, nuances of dark caramel and almond.
Finale : Very well blended. Alcohol doesn't dominate. Very nice length in the mouth.
